Student-Athlete Speaker Request Form

Before submitting a request, we ask that your team please read this article to understand our role to nurture the whole athlete.

  • Eligibility & Speaker List

    • FCA will maintain a Student-Athlete Leadership Team (S.A.L.T.) list of potential speakers.
    • Only athletes on the UARKFCA S.A.L.T. team can be requested via this form.

  • Request Submission

    • Submit all requests at least two weeks in advance of the event.
    • We ask that you limit your request to only 3 per semester.

  • Approval Process

    All requests must be approved by FCA staff before reaching out to the athlete.


    Approval is based on:

    • Availability of the athlete(s)
    • Alignment with FCA’s mission and values
    • Event suitability

  • Invitation & Confirmation

    • FCA staff will extend the invitation to the requested athlete.
    • A request does not guarantee athlete participation.

    NOTE: Even after confirmation, plans may change due to academic, athletic, or personal commitments.

  • Final Communication & Event Prep

    • If confirmed, NWA FCA staff will coordinate final details with the athlete and event organizers.
    • Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for the student-athlete to share their story and faith.
